Apply for Working for Families Tax Credits
Go to the Inland Revenue website and apply online.
To find out how much you may be entitled to, or to order an application pack, you can call Inland Revenue’s INFOexpress service on 0800 257 477.
Apply for Accommodation Supplement and Childcare Assistance
To apply for Accommodation Supplement or Childcare Assistance, complete an online application form.
Alternatively, you can phone us on 0800 774 004 if you’d like an appointment to talk about your entitlements or help with applying.
You can print a full application form from the links below, pick one up from your local Work and Income office or ask us to send you one. Please complete as much as of the application form as you can before your appointment.
Our contact centre staff are available Monday to Friday - 7am to 6pm and Saturday - 8am to 1pm. We’re not available on public holidays.
